"Win Fatima's scooter" competition

1. Organizer

This competition is organised by La Maison de la Trott' , a company located in France.

This contest is not sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.

2. Prize offered

  • 1 Teverun Space electric scooter , worth €1,099 including VAT (recommended retail price).
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a third party.

3. Conditions of participation

Participation is free and open to anyone meeting the following conditions :

  1. Subscribe to the Instagram and/or TikTok account: @la_maison_de_la_trott .
  2. Be over 14 years old (to be able to legally ride the scooter).

    Participants aged 14 to 17 must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian .
  3. Like the contest post: link to the Instagram post /link to the TikTok post
  4. Mention at least one friend in the post's comment.

Excluded are : incomplete entries, fictitious or spam accounts, or any entry that does not comply with the above conditions.

4. Duration of the competition

  • The competition is open until Friday, November 28, 2025 at 11:59 AM .
  • The draw will take place on Friday, November 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM .

5. Winner selection

  • The winner will be chosen by random draw from among the eligible comments.
  • Proof of the draw will be kept by the organizer.
  • The winner will be contacted on November 28, 2025 via private message on Instagram and/or TikTok.
  • The winner has 72 hours to respond and confirm acceptance of their prize.
  • If no response is received within this timeframe, a new draw will be held to select another winner.

6. Handing over the prize

  • The prize will be shipped by courier to the address provided by the winner.
  • The delivery costs are covered by the organizer.
  • The organizer cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the prize by the carrier.

7. Personal data

  • The personal data collected (Instagram/TikTok username, name and address for sending the prize) are used solely for the management of the competition and the delivery of the prize.
  • In accordance with the GDPR, participants can exercise their rights of access, modification and deletion of data by contacting bonjour@maisondelatrott.fr .
  • No personal data will be published without consent, except for the Instagram/TikTok username of the winner.

8. Responsibilities

  • The competition is free and accessible via social media, but Instagram and TikTok are not responsible for its management or the awarding of the prize.
  • The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition in the event of force majeure or proven fraud.

9. Acceptance of the regulations

Participation in the competition implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
