When you buy an electric scooter online or in a general store (Fnac, Darty, Decathlon...), your scooter is delivered packaged in its original box.

Some users may then encounter difficulties:

• Unpacking and assembling the scooter (handlebars, stem, etc.) is a tedious process.
• Partially compliant roadworthiness test: loose screws, underinflated tires...
• No instructions on how to use it
• Bulky packaging

For this reason, we offer to have your scooter professionally prepared for road use in our shop.

This service includes the following elements:

• Headset adjustment and tightening
• Centering the brake caliper and adjusting the brakes
• Assemble with threadlocker and tighten to the specified torque of the various safety components
• Tire pressure check
• Pairing the scooter with your smartphone (depending on the model) and registering the product
• Product familiarization and safety advice
• Maintenance recommendations
• Cardboard and polystyrene removal and recycling (on request)
